Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form or book a call, we collect what you enter:

- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- What you need help with, and your message
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule calls
- To send you text messages, only if you agree to receive them
- To keep records of our conversations and work together
We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages
With your separate consent, Arc Systems may text the mobile number you give us about your inquiry, calls you book with us, and related non-marketing follow-up. You opt in by checking the unchecked consent box on our contact or booking form. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of working with us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our messaging and customer service providers. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing zach@arcsystemshq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we'll honour them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
